Zucker und Vanillezucker schaumig rühren. Die restlichen Zutaten dazu geben und gut durchrühren. Die Masse für etwa eine Stunde kühlen, anschließend zu kleinen Kugeln formen. Diese in den Kokosflocken wenden und Luftdicht verschlossen lagern.

<section class="sec rezept-preperation" id="bkmrk-f%C3%BCr-die-k%C3%B6stlichen-b">1. Für die köstlichen Baileyskugeln zuerst den Baileys und das Kokosette in einer Schüssel gut verrühren und für ca. 40 Min. durchziehen lassen.
2. Nun die Butter mit dem Schlagobers und der Schokolade über Dampf ([Wasserbad](https://www.gutekueche.at/schokolade-richtig-schmelzen-artikel-3519)) erwärmen bzw. schmelzen lassen.
3. Die weiße, geschmolzene Schokolade kommt nun zur Baileys-Kokosmasse. Bei Zimmertemperatur erkalten lassen und anschließend in den Kühlschrank stellen (für ca. 2 Stunden).
4. Danach die Masse aus dem Kühlschrank nehmen und kleine Kugeln formen (mit befeuchteten Händen).
5. Die Baileys Kugeln in Kokosette wälzen. Nach Wunsch in Papierförmchen geben und bis zum Verzehr kalt stellen.
