</div>### Schritt 1 - Backofen

Backofen auf 180°C Heißluft Vorheizen.

### Schritt 2 - Teig

Butter, Zucker und Vanille schaumig rühren, nach und nach Dotter einrühren, und zu einer spritzfähigen Masse rühren. Mit einem Stpritzsack mit sterntülle(7-8mm) kleine stangerl auf mit Backpapier belegte Backbleche spritzen.

### Schritt 3 - Backen

Ca 8-10 Minuten backen.

### Schritt 4 - Abschließen

Ausgekühlt an einem Ende in flüssige Kuvertüre tauchen und nach Belieben dekorieren. Kuvertüre Trocknen Lassen und gut verschlossen lagern.
