</div></div></div></div>Paprika und Zwiebeln in kleine Würfel, Schnittlauch in feine Röllchen schneiden.  
  
Öl in einer Pfanne erhitzen. Zwiebel- und Paprikawürfel anrösten. Paprikapulver, Ajvar und Brühe hinzufügen und ein paar Minuten dünsten. Zuletzt 3/4 der Schnittlauchröllchen, saure Sahne und Hüttenkäse hinzufügen. Mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken.
