Mandeln mit Zucker, Zimt und Wasser in einem breiten Topf aufkochen.

Leise köcheln lassen, dabei immer wieder rühren, bis das ganze Wasser verdampft ist.

Während der Zucker schmilzt, ständig rühren, damit alle Mandeln mit Zuckermasse umhüllt werden. Die Mandeln auf einem Backpapier ausbreiten und auskühlen lassen.
